Purpose
Graphonauta is a streaming platform for ebooks and audiobooks. Users can purchase temporary access to works in the catalogue for online reading or listening. No content may be downloaded.
Intellectual property
All website content, including texts, literary works, designs, logos, images, source code, audiobooks and ebooks, is the property of Juan Navalón Fernández and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the Courts of Granada, Spain.
2. PRIVACY POLICY

Data we collect
- Registration: name, email address, password.
- Purchases: purchase history, payment method (processed by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store card details).
- Browsing: IP address, browser, pages visited, language, approximate location.
- Communications: messages sent via contact form or email.
- Newsletter: email address and language preference.
Purpose: manage registration, process purchases, send marketing communications (with prior consent only), determine currency based on location, manage affiliate programme, improve the service, comply with legal obligations.
Recipients: Stripe, PayPal, MailChimp, Bunny.net, Cloudflare, public authorities where legally required.
Data retention: account data while active; purchase data for 5 years (tax obligations); newsletter data until unsubscribed; browsing data up to 24 months.

3. COOKIE POLICY

4. TERMS OF SALE

Service: temporary online access to ebooks and audiobooks via streaming. No downloads are permitted. Ebooks and audiobooks are purchased separately.
Access duration: 7 days (standard) or 14 days (longer works, as indicated on the product page). Access is automatically deactivated upon expiry.
Prices: displayed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) based on your location. All prices include applicable taxes.
Payment: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, Alipay (Stripe). We do not store card details.
Returns: in accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent. No refunds are given.
Intellectual property: purchasing access does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Use is personal, non-transferable and temporary. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited. Each digital copy includes an identification mark linked to your account.
