Service: temporary online access to ebooks and audiobooks via streaming. No downloads are permitted. Ebooks and audiobooks are purchased separately.

Access duration: For new purchases, access lasts 10 days from confirmed payment. You receive an email with your personal link to read or listen on the website and a reminder during the last 24 hours. Access ends when the period expires. Earlier purchases retain their original access duration.

Prices: displayed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) based on your location. All prices include applicable taxes.

Only payment methods available at checkout are offered. Graphonauta does not store your full card details.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

Digital access starts immediately. Before supply begins, we request your express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins, under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. We will email confirmation. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds once supply has begun with these requirements met. This does not restrict mandatory rights concerning failure to supply, lack of conformity, incorrect charges or other statutory rights. Unredeemed gift cards are not excluded from withdrawal by this clause. For problems or requests, contact contacto@graphonauta.com with your order number.

Intellectual property: purchasing access does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Use is personal, non-transferable and temporary. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited. Each digital copy includes an identification mark linked to your account.

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; no exclusive Granada venue is imposed. Complaints may be sent to contacto@graphonauta.com.
