Data we collect

• Registration: name, email address, password.
• Purchases: purchase history, payment method (processed by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store card details).
• Browsing: IP address, browser, pages visited, language, approximate location.
• Communications: messages sent via contact form or email.
• Newsletter: email address and language preference.

Purpose: manage registration, process purchases, send marketing communications (with prior consent only), determine currency based on location, manage affiliate programme, improve the service, comply with legal obligations.

Recipients: Stripe, PayPal, MailChimp, Bunny.net, Cloudflare, public authorities where legally required.

Data retention: account data while active; purchase data for 5 years (tax obligations); newsletter data until unsubscribed; browsing data up to 24 months.
